Ooh I think I like this and it's simple. I love simple. I always have trouble with the codes and adding headers but I think I can do this one and I have been looking. I'll snag this one. I thank my friends for pointing me your way.

I know the icons in the sidebar aren't part of the layout but I'm curious as to how you managed that. Seems like a fun, different alternative to the typical header type thing.

Oh yeah... probably going to be using this layout sooner or later once I can figure out header/banner/whatever issues. @_@

Well, the icons are just a bunch of 50x50 icons i put into one image: like this:



I just added the image to the sidebar.

but one could also turn each image into a link, or just add some images separately for a little color: like i did in my sidebar here at my minty_peach journal.

Ad as for figuring out your header/banner issue, I can help with that, my FAQ page has a section covering headers. Number 6.

Sure thats fine with me, as long as [info]dragonsquee is credited for the icons somewhere, I think they are all by her except 1 or 2 that I'm still looking for the creator of.

I've been following through an RSS feed - and I have to ask - what are those images on the sidebar? Is a that a collage? Or, one icon?

This a beautiful layout.

It's one whole image. I took a bunch of 50x50 icons and put them together.

This is a screen-cap of my personal journal, and I keep the images in my sidebar where my blurbs are usually typed. I add things like that just for extra color, especially with gray layouts. :]
