1. the sidebar has been converted to a "topbar". blurb-only suggested.
2. the "topbar" is controlled by the customize sidebar page.


This next code creates the three gray boxes that make up the "topbar".
Add your info, and then paste this in the BLURB section:

you can make as many columns as you'd like just by:

1. adding another one of these in the code:



then at the bottom of the code where it looks like this:



you need to add another and another to close off the new section.

It is not suggested to add a background image with this layout, seeing as how whatever image you add will not be seen in the spaces between each entry and the sidebar, but as for adding a header image, you can follow the directions on question 6 of my faq page.
