and CSS is actually easy once you understand each section and what they control. I just found a great tutorial that is wonderful for new learners.

Why do you do this to me? I was perfectly happy with my layout and then you go and make this. I'll probably edit the heck out of this but right now I need to sleep.

I exist only to make you change your layout 5 times a week.

you have to add it in this section:

BODY {
margin: 60px 0px 60px 0px;
background-color: #dddddd;
text-align: left;
font-size: 10px;
color: #777777;
font-family: "Verdana", sans-serif;
background-image: url('BACKGROUND HERE');
background-repeat: repeat;
}

just note that you wont be able to see it in the space between the entries and sidebar.
